Pretty much just had a few photo sessions the last few days. We got a bumbo chair for Gracie because she is always wanting to be upright so this works for her. Emma is as busy as ever. We went to a little Halloween party the other night so here's a preview of that night. We are heading to the Troja's tomorrow night to go trick-or-treating so I'll be posting some more pictures. Gracie is already wearing 3-6 month one pieces. She seems to be pretty long already.

Not too much to say at the moment... just wanted to get some pictures posted for you all to look at and enjoy. Gracie slept all of the race until the last .1 mile. The weather started out a little bit chilly but warmed up and got pretty sunny. Emma had a good time(we had snacks and drinks ready to go). We went with Becky, Jake, Aaden and Ella and the four adults decided during the race that next year we are getting a babysitter. Don't get me wrong... the four kids were great, BUT amongst the other 24,000 people there... pushing strollers doesn't really work that well. Enjoy the pictures!

Smiles

Pretty much everytime Emma begins talking to Gracie, she just smiles. It's absolutely one of the cutest things I've ever seen! Gracie is changing so quickly and loves to be talked to. But when it comes to Emma talking to her, it's a completely different story. Gracie just smiles and smiles. So today I was able to get some "proof" of these smiles.

Gracie had her 2 month dr. appt the other day and she is now 11lbs and 22.5 inches long. She's in the 60% for both so she's growing just perfectly.

Zack is enjoying his quick drive to work and seems to be getting along just fine.

It's been a crazy year!

So this morning I decided that I would put this together. It seems like many people have these and they are quite nice. Life for us has changed so much in the past year. Emma had her open heart surgery mid June and is just doing amazing. Gracie was born in August and growing so quickly. It has been great having Zack here this time and I know he is loving every moment of it. Zack starts his new job tomorrow as active duty at Camp Dodge in Johnston. We are very excited about this as he will work Monday-Friday so we will be able to do things on the weekend as a family. In November, we are going to be moving to a new house and we couldn't be more excxited about it!
